Based on the nature of our Platform and Products, our refund policy is very limited. Within 3 days of signing up for a particular plan, you must submit a cancelation and refund request; however, please keep in mind that we will only be able to offer you a partial refund.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Why the One-Time Setup Fee?
An additional one-time setup fee is required to get started. This is for the initial Onboarding, Design, Set Up, and Configuration Processes –– to get your website up and running and launch ready.
Will There Be Other Fees?
Only if you want to add any features that aren’t included in the plan you selected. All EX Folio plans have everything to design, build, launch, maintain, and expand a modern, fast, SEO-friendly, future-proof website.
What are Some Examples of What Would Not Be Included?
Custom development, additional content, product photos, integration with external systems, or functionality requiring a paid plugin.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Yes, no questions asked. We simply require 14-Days notice for month-to-month accounts. For the 18-month plans, you’ll have to buy out your contract (just as you would with your cellphone plan.)
How Long Will My Folio Site Take to Go Live?
Most sites are up and running in less than 2 weeks. Some sooner. Some longer. eCommerce sites generally take longer, around 6 to 8 weeks. This depends on the complexity and size of the project, whether or not the written content and photos are ready to publish, and the number of revisions requested.
